You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our services. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations
- Drive client retention and growth through strategic account management
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to deliver exceptional client service
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into solutions
